PCap PFloor 2010 : A Consultation Paper
Consultation on values for Trading and Settlement Code Price Cap and Price Floor to apply for 2010
Today, 17th June 2009, the SEM Committee have published a consultation paper which reviewed the values for Price Cap and Price Floor in the Trading and Settlement Code. In the light of that review, the Committee is proposing that the same values that were used in 2008 and 2009 for Price Cap and Price Floor should be used in the year beginning 1st January 2010.
Comments are invited by close of business Monday, 20th July 2009. They should be sent , preferably in electronic format, to Philip Newsome and Colin Broomfield.
