Directed Contracts 2009/2010 - Quantification and Pricing Supplemental Decision Paper
On 20th May 2009, the Regulatory Authorities published a supplemental decision paper in relation to the pricing of 2009/10 Directed Contracts (DCs).
The paper contains revised regression equations for the pricing of DCs. The paper also confirms that the overall DC volumes as contained in SEM-09-043 and the supplier eligibilities previously communicated to each supplier will stand.
The DC primary subscription window will resume on Friday, 22nd May 2009 and run through to Friday, 12th June 2009. The supplemental window will commence on Tuesday,16th June 2009 and will end on Friday, 19th June 2009.
