On 19th May 2009, the Regulatory Authorities published an Information Paper on the 2009 SEM contracts for differences process, covering non directed contracts, Ireland Public Service Obligation contracts, and directed contracts. This paper contains indicative auction dates, volumes and reserve prices.
Interested parties are invited to comment on this Information Paper. Comments should be submitted by next Tuesday 26th May.
This updated version of the paper amends a typographical error in the table on page 9 in relation to NIEEEPPB's indicative reserve prices.
