KEMA Letter: Correction of Backcasting Results used for Determination of Discount Factors for 2009/10
On 7th May 2009, the Regulatory Authorities published a letter from their independent consultants, KEMA, in relation to errors present in its final SEM model validation results. On the basis of these errors the SEM Committee decided to temporarily suspend the 2009/10 directed contract subscription windows with immediate effect SEM-09-045.
