2009 Draft Transmission Loss Adjustment Factors: Consultation Paper

On 15th September 2008 the Regulatory Authorities publish a consultation paper setting out proposed all-island TLAF's for generators and transmission nodes to apply from 1st January to 31st December 2009. To aid transparency, information on the scenarios used to derive the TLAFs is also included in the paper.
