Uplift Paramaters in the Trading and Settlement Code for the year 2009
On 22 August 2008, the SEM Committee published a decision paper on the values for the Uplift Parameters in the Trading and Settlement Code to apply for 2009. Following consultation, the SEM Committee has determined that the same values as were used in 2007 and 2008 for the Uplift parameters should be used in the year beginning 1st January 2009.
