On 24th April the SEM Committee published the revised Directed Contract Subscription rules. These revised rules contain two main changes to the version published on the 3rd April 2008:
1. The alteration of the Gasoil cargo swap prices from 0.2% to 0.1%, as detailed in the Master Contract for Difference Agreement.
2. The procedures detailed under the subscription logistics regarding the validty of multiple elections have been amended covering the event of a supplier submitting multiple faxes for a given trading day.
