On the 15th April the Regulatory Authorities published the SEM Committee decision on the quantity of directed baseload, mid-merit and peak contracts that ESB Power Generation and NIE's Power Procurement Business will be required to offer for subscription by eligible suppliers for the period 1st October 2008 to 30th September 2009; and how the quarterly strike prices in those contracts will be determined.
