Roadmap to Clean Energy Package Implementation

The SEM Committee is today, 16 December 2019, publishing a Roadmap to Clean Energy Package Implementation.

This Information Paper outlines the SEM Committee’s plan for the coming year to progress changes to the SEM, in order to provide a roadmap for implementation of the Clean Energy Package’s Regulation on the internal market for electricity (EU) 2019/943. The paper outlines planned work in relation to balance responsibility, dispatch, redispatch, market parameters, capacity remuneration mechanisms, and regional coordination centres.
