The SEM Committee has today, 17 August 2020, published a designed to gather information from stakeholders as part of a Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) looking at the costs and benefits of changing from the current arrangements of a 30-minute Imbalance Settlement Period (ISP) to a 15-minute ISP.
