With reference to the Uplift Parameters Determination Consultation (SEM-14-022), a spreadsheet is now published which was used in collating the values for SMP referenced in SEM-14-022.
This spreadsheet indicates values for SMP and Shadow Price for all Trading Days in January 2013, April 2013, July 2013 and October 2013 using both current Uplift Parameters (0 and 1) and proposed Uplift Parameters (0.1 and 0.9). To access the original data sets please contact egallagher@cer.ie
