I-SEM Trading and Settlement Code Amendments Decision Paper
On 15 November 2016, the SEM Committee published a consultation paper on the Trading and Settlement Code Amendments necessary for implementing I-SEM. 24 responses were received to this consultation.
The SEM Committee is today, 12 April 2017, publishing a paper setting out its decisions on a range of issues which were raised in the consultation paper and in respondents' comments. Along with the decision paper, the SEM Committee is also publishing the Trading and Settlement Code Amendments (Parts B & C and all of its associated documents). Each of these are published in a 'clean' version, and a version highlighting the changes made since the November 2016 consultation.

The Trading and Settlement Code Amendments will be designated by the Regulatory Authorities on 23 May 2017. The I-SEM is expected to go-live on 23 May 2018.
