Decision Paper on I-SEM Policy and Scheduling & Dispatch Parameters
In April 2017, the SEM Committee published amendments to the Trading and Settlement Code that enshrine the Balancing Market design for I-SEM. The revised Code provides for a number of parameters, used in the determination of the Imbalance Price and Scheduling & Dispatch, to be set by the Regulatory Authorities.
On 12 May 2017, the SEM Committee published a consultation paper, recommending values for nine Trading and Settlement Code parameters.
Ten responses were received to this consultation. Having considered the comments received, the SEM Committee is today, 7 July 2017 publishing its decision on these parameters.
