Today, Wednesday 21st March 2018, the SEM Committee is publishing an Information Paper on the volume, shape and timing of auctions for PSO-related Contract for Differences (CfDs) that are to be offered by ESB up until the end of Q4 2018. This PSO CfD Information Paper is also published in conjunction with ESB’s updated PSO CfD contracting documentation, which have been updated to take account of I-SEM implementation. ESB’s updated PSO CfD contracting documentation are now available on the SEM Committee website, and contain the following suite of documents:
- PSO Financial Energy Master Agreement;
- PSO Credit Support Annex; &
- PSO Confirmation Document.
