On the 2nd September 2011, the SEM Committee published its final decision on the values for Price Cap, Price Floor, Uplift Parameters and VOLL in the Trading and Settlement Code for 2012. The Decision Paper and responses recieved are available below.

Consultation
The SEM Committee has today (6th July 2011) published a Consultation Paper which reviews the values for Price Cap, Price Floor and the Uplift parameters in the Trading and Settlement Code. In the light of that review, the Committee is proposing that the same values used since the start of the market should apply for the year 2012.
Comments are invited by close of business Friday, 5th August 2011. They should be sent, preferably in electronic format, to Clive Bowers(cbowers@cer.ie ) and Jean Pierre Miura (jeanpierre.miura@uregni.gov.uk )
