Decision Paper on the Market Monitoring Unit Inquiry Procedure Manual Today, 25th March 2021, the SEM Committee is publishing a decision paper on the Market Monitoring Unit (MMU) Inquiry Procedure Manual. The purpose of the Inquiry Procedure Manual is to inform market participants on the procedure that is to be generally followed by the MMU when conducting market queries and is intended to provide guidance to both the MMU and market participants as to the conduct of such inquiries.
