EirGrid Interconnector Limited and Moyle Interconnector Limited have published a joint paper on options for congestion charging for intraday allocation of capacity in SEM:

Responses to the consultation should be received by close of business on 14th March 2012.
Following on from this consultation by the Interconnector Owners, the final congestion charging methodology will be subject to SEM Committee and Ofgem approval.
