Today, 7 October 2015, the SEM Committee publishes an Information Paper on the I-SEM Market Rules. This follows on from a previous Information Note published on 4 September 2015, proposing an intended process for modification of the Trading and Settlement Code for the implementation of I-SEM. Responses to this note can be accessed here.
Today's Information Paper outlines the 'way forward' in the development of market rules for the I-SEM, and also invites nominations for participation in I-SEM Rules Working Groups. Nominations should be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 14 October 2015 and should be directed to both Elaine Gallagher at CER egallagher@cer.ie and Leigh Greer at the Utility Regulator Leigh.Greer@uregni.gov.uk
