Today, 2nd July 2013 the Regulatory Authorities publish an Information Paper on the quantities and prices for Round 5 of Directed Contracts (DCs) for Q4 2013 TO Q3 2014. Please note that the Primary DC Subscription Window will commence on Tuesday 9th July.
Supplier eligibilities for DCs have alreday been communicated from the Regulatory Authorities to each relevant supplier and to the seller (ESB) seperately.
In addition the Regulatory Authorities publish the DC Subscription Rules which have been made "evergreen", which should assist market participants. The rules are published in both track-change and final versions, and are referred to in the DC Information Paper also.
