The RAs are today, 23 September 2014, publishing an information note on the Energy Trading Arrangements Detailed Design Phase for I-SEM. This Information paper was signalled as part of the publication of the I-SEM high level Design Decision Paper and sets out the process that will be followed and dates for planned workshops and policy papers. The paper also calls for representatives for a Rules Liason Group which will be set up as part of the ETA phase.
