The SEM Committee has today, 6th March 2015 published a Consultation Paper on I-SEM Roles and Responsibilities. In conjunction with the Consultation Paper we also publish letters on the Designation of Nominated Electricity Market Operators (NEMOs) from the Department of Enterprise Trade and Investment and the Department of Communications Energy and Natural Resources.
