Today, 13th May 2015, the Regulatory Authorities published their invitation for applications for NEMO Designation in Ireland and Northern Ireland. We also publish responses from Stakeholders to our Roles and Responsibilities Consultation Paper (SEM-15-016) and a Clarification of our interpretation of the NEMO Designation Criteria.
In conjunction, the RAs also published a consultation paper on TSOs Obligations under the Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM) and assignment of relevant TSO obligations under Article 1.3 of CACM
