The Regulatory Authorities are today, 30th April 2015, publishing the non-confidential responses to the Discussion Paper on Forwards and Liquidity published on 10th February (SEM-15-010). Nineteen responses were submitted including two confidential submissions. The SEM Committee is also publishing a high level response to the submissions which sets out its high level assessment of the responses and proposed next steps for the workstream.
