ACER publishes Guidance on the application of REMIT and consultation on the definition of inside information
The Regulatory Authorities wish to draw attention to ACER’s recent publication of an updated version of the 4th Edition of its Guidance on the application of REMIT. This includes ACER’s guidance to market participants on the public disclosure mechanisms to be used in publishing inside information. The following is the link to the Infoflash from ACER which summarises the updates: - In the Infoflash, ACER also give notice of the commencement of a related public consultation on the definition of inside information, including the potential use of thresholds. Interested market participants in SEM are urged to send their comments to ACER.
