The CER and the Utility Regulator have today (29th September 2011) decided on the all-island Generator TUoS workstream. This paper outlines the SEM Committee decision on the outstanding issues from SEM-10-81, which were consulted upon on SEM-11-018.
It also decides on the indicative all-island Generator TUoS tariffs proposed by the TSOs to the SEMC for the tariff year 1st October 2011 to 30th September 2012, published in SEM-11-036. Lastly, the paper decides on the proposed Generator TUoS methodology statement developed by the TSOs, published in SEM-11-037, finalised now in SEM-11-079
