The SEM Committee has today, 8th September 2015, published a Consultation Paper on the introduction of Financial Transmission Rights on the I-SEM/GB border.
Consultation is open until close of business on 19th October and responses should be submitted to Joe Craig (joe.craig@uregni.gov.uk) and James Curtin (jcurtin@cer.ie).
