Decision
On 31st March 2011, the SEM Committee published a decision paper extending the current criteria that the Regulatory Authorities apply for approval of Intermediary Applications under the Trading and Settlement Code. This follows on from a consultation paper on the issue (SEM-11-004) published on 26th January. The eight responses received to that consultation are published along with this decision paper:-
