On 15th October 2015 the CER and the UR approved the Access Rules and Charging Methodology Statements for Eirgrid Interconnector Limited and Moyle Interconnector Limited. This approval is forthcoming following consideration by the SEM Committee.
The approval letters, Access Rules and Charging Methodology Statements and European HAR related documentation are included here and will be made available on the websites of the respective Interconnector Owners. Ofgem have also approved the Access Rules of Moyle and EWIC and these approval letters can be accessed at the following link:
