Today, 21st September 2015, the SEM Committee publishes its consultation on potential Competition Metrics that may be employed to assess the level of competition in DS3 System Services.
This paper sets out the current thinking of the SEM Committee in relation to assessing the potential for effective competition within market for DS3 system services. This paper is only in relation to assessing competition with respect of DS3.
