The SEM Committee is today, 13 March 2014 publishing a Decision Paper on Treatment of Gas Transportation Capacity Costs and Modification to the Bidding Code of Practice.
This document concludes the series of consultations and determinations that the SEM Committee has issued to date in relation to gas transportation capacity and in relation to the bidding of certain charges. It summarises responses to SEM-13-039 and SEM-13-051, including the proposed modifications to the Bidding Code of Practice. It explains the reasons why the SEM Committee has decided to direct modifications to the Bidding Code of Practice and publishes the modification direction.
Four non-confidential responses to SEM-13-039 and SEM-13-051, and a modified version of the Bidding Code of Practice are also published.
