The SEM Committee today publishes a decision paper in relation to the CRM T-4 CY2023/24 capacity auction. This decision specifically relates to the Level 2 Rest of Ireland Locational Capacity Constraint Area, for which the decision is to set the minimum MW value for this area to zero.
This follows a targeted consultation (SEM-19-048) specifically on the application of this Level 2 area in the T-4 CY2023/24 capacity auction scheduled for 27 April 2020.
Eight responses were received to the consultation and are published with this decision paper.
