The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) today, 26 May 2020, publish a briefing note for the Exceptions Applications and Opt-out Notification Process for the upcoming T-4 2024/25 Capacity Auction.
This is to inform Industry of the timelines involved in processing Exception applications (USPC and New Capacity) and Opt-Out Notifications for the upcoming T-4 CY2024/25 Capacity Auction.
The RAs have published the following documentation in respect of the T-4 CY2024/25 Capacity Auction:
