CRM Exception Application and Opt-out Notification Process for the T-3 2024/25 Capacity Auction Addendum to SEM-21-024

The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) today, 14 July 2021, publish the addendum to the briefing note for the Exceptions Applications and Opt-out Notification Process for the upcoming T-3 2024/25 Capacity Auction.

This is to inform Industry of the changes to the timelines involved in processing Exception applications (USPC and New Capacity) only for the upcoming T-3 CY2024/25 Capacity Auction, due to take place in January 2022.

The RAs have published the following documentation in respect of the T-3 CY2024/25 Capacity Auction:

  • SEM-21-024a App A – T-3 CY2024-25 New Capacity Application
  • SEM-21-024b App B – T-3 CY2024-25  USPC Application

    • The deadline for submitting an Opt-out Notification to the RAs was 3 June 2021. The dates associated with the Opt-out process have not been amended and therefore this process is now closed. The deadline for submitting a USPC or New Capacity Application is now 10 September 2021 and the link below is to the original publication. Note appendix C is no longer required.
