CRM Exception Application and Opt-out Notification Process for the T-1 2022/23 Capacity Auction

The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) today, 12 February 2021, publish the briefing note for the Exceptions Applications and Opt-out Notification Process for the upcoming T-1 2022/23 Capacity Auction.

This is to inform Industry of the timelines involved in processing Exception applications (USPC and New Capacity) and Opt-Out Notifications for the upcoming T-1 CY2022/23 Capacity Auction, due to take place in October 2021.

The RAs have published the following documentation in respect of the T-1 CY2022/23 Capacity Auction:

  • SEM-21-010a App A – T-1 CY2022-23 New Capacity Application
  • SEM-21-010b App B – T-1 CY2022-23  USPC Application
  • SEM-21-010c App C – T-1 CY2022-23 Opt-out Notification

The deadline for submitting an Opt-out Notification to the RAs is 10 March 2021 and the deadline for submitting a USPC or New Capacity Application is 11 May 2021.
