The SEM Committee is today, 27 April 2020, publishing a consultation paper on the implementation of Articles 12 ‘Dispatching of generation and demand response’ and 13 ‘Redispatching’ under the new Electricity Regulation 2019/943 which forms part of the Clean Energy Package. This Consultation considers the updates required to SEM-11-062 to reflect the new requirements introduced by the Regulation in relation to priority dispatch and to SEM-13-010 regarding compensation for curtailment to reflect the new requirements introduced by the Regulation.
