CMC Modifications Workshop 33 Decision Paper
On 23 October 2023, the RAs published a Consultation Paper SEM-23-084 relating to the proposed modifications:
• CMC_20_23: Amendment to Timing of Opt Out Notifications
• CMC_21_23: Minimum Completion on Receipt of Interim Operational Notification
The consultation period for the proposals ended on 01 December 2023 and today, 19 June 2024, the SEM Committee is publishing the decision paper.
The paper contains a summary of the comments received during the consultation and details of the SEM Committee decisions.
