CMC Modifications Workshop 33 CMC_22_23
On 23 October 2023, the RAs published a consultation paper SEM-23-084 relating to the proposed modifications:
• CMC_18_23: Amendment to Definition of Third Party Extension Period
• CMC_19_23: Modification to implement the SEMC decision set out in SEM- 23-038 and SEM-23-045.
• CMC_20_23: Amendment to Timing of Opt Out Notifications
• CMC_21_23: Minimum Completion on Receipt of Interim Operational Notification
• CMC_22_23: Indexation of Capacity Payment Price for Inflation
• CMC_23_23: Mitigation of Impact on Participants relating to System Operator Grid Connection Delays
Today, 01 October 2024, the SEM Committee is publishing the decision paper relating to CMC_22_23. The decision papers for the other modifications that were discussed at workshop 33 can be found in the following documents:
