Capacity Market Code Working Group 11 Modification Consultation Paper and Decision in regards to Immediate Milestones On the 24th January 2020, the RAs published the Capacity Market Code Modifications Timetable () in regards to proposed modification CMC_02_20. This modification proposed changes to the required timeframe for the upcoming T-4 2023/24 Capacity Auction. This modification proposes to defer the auction by four weeks. This will not change the delivery period for the capacity secured. As set out in this timetable, the RAs will now proceed with the consultation process. This consultation paper provides an overview of the proposal and any feedback received during Working Group 11. The purpose of this paper is also to set out the decisions made in regards to the formal approval in regards to the reassignment of the dates associated with the following immediate milestones within the T-4 CY2023/24 Auction Timetable: - Timeframe within which Applications for Review must be lodged; - Timeframe within which System Operators may reject a non-complying; and - Application for Review. The SEM Committee welcomes views and responses on the proposed modification raised within this consultation paper and request responses to the consultation paper be sent to both Kevin Lenaghan (kevin.lenaghan@uregni.gov.uk) and Billy Walker (Billy.Walker@uregni.gov.uk) by 17:00 on Monday, 3rd February 2020.
