Capacity Market Code Urgent Modifications – Set 1 Consultation Paper The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) today, 23rd October 2018, publish the Capacity Market Code Urgent Modification – Set 1 Consultation Paper as required under Section B.12.8 of the Capacity Market Code. This consultation relates to the Proposed Modification discussed at the Urgent Capacity Market Code Modifications Working Group held on 11th October 2018. This consultation paper includes the proposed Modification: CMC_14_18 – LCC MW Limits.
