On 26 April 2023, the RAs published the Capacity Market Code Modifications Consultation Paper (SEM-23-034) relating to the proposed modification:

The consultation period for the proposal ended on 31 May 2023 and today, 11 January 2024, the SEM Committee is publishing the Decision Paper.
