Capacity Market Code Modification – Timetable for CMC_1_23, CMC_2_23 & CMC_3_23 Proposed modifications to the Capacity Market Code have been submitted for consideration. The proposals are: CMC_1_23: Amendment to Substantial Completion Drafting CMC_2_23: Amendment of Milestones Associated with Substantial Financial Completion CMC_3_23: Amendment to Long Stop Date for T-1 Capacity Auction There were presented at the Working Group which took place on Tuesday 24 January 2023. The RAs have today, 3 February 2023, published the timetable setting out how they plan to consult and make a decision relating to the proposal. As set out in the timetable, the RAs intend to consult on the modification from 09 February 2023 – 09 March 2023. |
