Capacity Market Code Modifications – Working Group 6 Timetable

The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) today, 6th June 2019, publish the Capacity Market Code Modifications Timetable in regards to the proposed modifications:

  • CMC_05_19 – General Housekeeping Modifications;
  • CMC_06_19 – Modification to the Proportion of Delivered Capacity calculation (G.3.1.4).

This is required under section B.12.5.6 of the Capacity Market Code.These modifications were originally discussed at the Capacity Market Code Modifications Working Group 6 held on 23rd May 2019. Following the request for a secondary Working Group to discuss additional details in regards to the proposed modification(s), which due to take place at the end of June, the RAs intend to proceed to the consultation process on 8th July 2019 for the updated proposed modifications
