On 28 May 2010 the Regulatory Authorities (RAs) published a consultation paper on the ‘Fixed Cost of a Best New Entrant Peaking Plant, Capacity Requirement & Annual Capacity Payment Sum for the Calendar Year 2011’ (SEM-10-034).
This note summarised the Final Figures for the Annual Capacity Payment Sum, the Best New Entrant Peaking Price and the Capacity Requirement resulting from this consultation. A Full Decision Paper explaining the SEM Committees Decisions for the ACPS in 2011 will be published shortly
