Today, 5th March 2013, the SEM Committee publishes the approved ESB Power Generation Directed Contract Subscription Rules paper. This paper sets out the rules designed to facilitate and clarify the Directed Contract subscription process.
To aid transparency, the SEM Committee also published these Subscription Rules with tracked changes from the version published on 13th September 2012.
