Today, 02 September 2024, the SEM Committee are publishing a document which outlines the approach to governance and revenue recovery arrangements for All Island Programmes.
This approach will enable robust regulatory oversight of programme progress and a co-ordinated regulatory consideration of expected costs to ensure timely implementation.
