PPB Compliance Plan - Independence of the Power Procurement Business
Pursuant to licence condition 61, part 4 in respect of the public electricity supply licence granted to NIE plc, the licensee is required to prepare and submit to NIAUR for its approval a compliance plan setting out the practices, procedures, systems and rules of conduct which the Licensee has adopted, or intends to adopt, together withthe timescales for adoption to ensure its compliance with condition 61 - Independence of the Power Porcurement Business.
