On April 13th 2007 the Regulatory Authorities published a consultation document regarding the proposed enduring Power Procurement Business Licence Conditions which will facilitate the implementation of the SIngle Electricity Market and EU Dierective 2003/54/EC. Comments on this paper are requested by close of business on May 11th.
