The SEM Committee is today, 11th September 2015, publishing the Decision Paper on the I-SEM Aggregator of Last Resort.
This paper is published following an extensive consultation process and industry engagement. It contains a summary of the comments received during the consultation, the SEM Committee's responses to those comments and the SEM Committee's decisions on the key issues. A list of issues to be brought forward to the Detailed Rules and Implementation Phase is also included.
The Energy Trading Arrangements Building Blocks Decision Paper and Energy Trading Arrangements Markets Decisions Papers are also being published.
The Energy Trading Arrangements Workstream is now moving into the Detailed Rules and Implementation Phase.
