Jonathan Hodgkin is an experienced utility sector professional with a track record that stretches back to the privatisation and regulation of the electricity supply industry in England and Wales. As a consultant he has advised governments, regulators and companies on utility privatisation, regulation and deregulation, market design and transmission pricing. He has also held the positions of Director of Corporate Strategy for Powergen, Director of Network Regulation for the water industry regulator Ofwat, Director of Regulation and Strategy for Yorkshire Water and Director of Business Development for United Utilities. Jonathan was a Non-executive Director of The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust for four years where he chaired the Finance and Performance Committee.
